The building is on the corner of Kings Park Road and Ventnor Avenue, with the entrance on Ventnor. There is paid ticket parking on the surrounding streets. During busy times there is more likely to be street parking directly opposite the office on the Kings Park side of Kings Park road.

The free RED Cat bus stops on Outram Street which is a 350m walk to my office. The free Purple CAT and other regular buses stop on Kings Park Road opposite Outram street and are 100m walk to the office. I believe many of the buses from the CBD to the office are part of the free transit zone.

There is a cafe and small pharmacy open Monday to Friday a couple of doors up from the office on 4 Ventnor Avenue. My  preference for coffee is to visit Koorak cafe in Kings Park, with the entrance off Kings Park road next to the bus stop at the Poolgarla family area - open 7 days but only 7am-3pm. Wait times can be long. Or Donnie Taco open Mon-Fri,  7:30-2pm - 300m walk down Kings Park Road towards Thomas street.
